  • All patient information is not being shared with third-parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. If you wish to have a third-party be in contact with our clinic and obtain info from us, you will need to fill out a “Consent of Release of Info” form

We will not sell or share your information with third parties or affiliates. Your phone number and consent will solely be used to facilitate communication with you and will not be disseminated for marketing purposes. The info we receive is regarding patient history, insurance details, family history, etc.

 

Types of SMS Communications:

After obtaining consent, the following types of messages may be sent to you, depending on your interactions with our services:

  • Clients & Parents/Guardians: Updates related to client’s care, schedule & other relevant information.

  • Appointment Reminders: Regarding previously schedules sessions/events, time changes, coverage, etc.

  • Paperwork Reminders: Regarding forms that need to be submitted, etc.

  • Example Message:
    "Hello, we are reaching out as a reminder about your appointment at 00:00am/pm with your therapist Mrs./Mr.[Therapist’s Name]. Please let me know if you have any questions, thanks! -Speech Center of Katy with Bridging the Gap Pediatric OT Services. To opt out, reply "STOP" to unsubscribe. Message data rates may apply. Messaging frequency may vary. For assistance, reply "HELP."

    Standard Messaging Disclosures:
