Our clinic is HIPAA compliant and we follow the guidelines of the Texas State Medical Board. Our clinicians are all registered and licensed in the state of Texas.

All information that we gather is intended to be utilized by our clinic to aid our staff in providing the most beneficial services to your child. The type of information we collect is all detailed in our New Patient Policies Packet & our Pediatric Client History Packet (i.e.: Name, DOB, Insurance Policy Details, Home Address, Parent’s Contact Information, Payment Details, Consent Forms, Pediatric History Details, PCP information, Pediatric History Details, etc.) This information is collected in both packets as well as through the phone during the new intake calls. All documentation is securely filed and medical documentation is stored through our confidential Medical Billing/Scheduling Software for Medical Professionals (Therabill), to ensure safeguard of client data. We will not share any data or information to any third-party, unless otherwise approved by you through our Consent of Release of Information Form. As our valued client, you have the right to access, update or delete data from our system and files, as needed.
